Pay Dues

Annual Dues Payment Notice

Annual HOA Dues – Due on or before March 31st of each year to avoid late fees.
Annual HOA Dues are $150 – for the calendar year from January 1st through December 31st.


After March 31st there will be a $15 late fee for each month the payment is late.


For example, payments in …

  • April – total $165 (plus transaction fees)
  • May – total $180 (plus transaction fees)


    • Annual Dues are payable by March 31st of each year.


    There are three ways to pay.

    1. Bring your check to the annual homeowners meeting usually held in January.

      Please write the Saddle Creek homeowners street address in the memo line on the check.

      4. Please note that any payment made via PayPal or Credit/Debit Card will incur an additional transaction processing fee.
      Important: When paying your annual dues please be sure to provide the Saddle Creek homeowners street address as the Shipping Address when checking out with Paypal so payment can be properly applied.
