Pay 2025 Dues

Annual Dues Payment Notice

Annual HOA Dues – Due on or before 6/30/2025 to avoid late fees.


After June 30, 2025 there will be a $15 late fee each month the payment is late.


For payments in …

  • July – total $165 (plus transaction fees)
  • August – total $180 (plus transaction fees)


    • Annual Dues are payable by June 30th of each year.


    There are three ways to pay.

    1. Bring your check to the annual homeowners meeting usually held in January.

      Please write the Saddle Creek homeowners street address in the memo line on the check.

      4. Please note that any payment made via PayPal or Credit/Debit Card will incur an additional transaction processing fee.
      Important: When paying your annual dues please be sure to provide the Saddle Creek homeowners street address as the Shipping Address when checking out with Paypal so payment can be properly applied.
